Identification and detection of leaf spring pin and lifting lug pin

The steel plate pin and the lifting lug pin are important parts of the connection between the leaf spring and the frame. The front end is connected with the steel plate pin and the lifting lug, and the back end is connected with the lifting lug and the lifting lug, and is fixed with locking screws. The steel plate pin and the lifting lug pin are a long shaft of a cylinder with an oil passage in the center of the pin and an oil nozzle at the outside end for filling the grease lubricating pin and lining.

The test method of leaf spring pin and lifting lug pin is as follows:

1) Check the appearance of the pin with a visual or 5-10 times magnifying glass, and pay attention to whether the pin oil channel with lubricating oil holes is connected, and whether the butter nozzle hole is threaded. The pin should have no crack after magnetic inspection, and should be demagnetized after inspection.

2) When measuring hardness, use V-shaped support table to carry out, the test part is 20-25 away from the end face, and the indentation after the test should be trimmed.

3) The outer diameter of the pin is measured with a micrometer.

4) Compare and check the surface roughness with standard parts or standard samples.

5) External thread with thread comprehensive ring gauge and snap gauge inspection.
